Cancellation:
1. Users can cancel their subscription to the ConFlix at any time.
2. To request cancellation, users must navigate to their account settings within the app.
3. Once the cancellation request is received, the subscription will be terminated, and no further charges will be applied.
4. Users will continue to have access to the app until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. After cancellation, users can reactivate their subscription at any time by following the app's standard subscription process.
Refund:
1. Refunds are not available.
2. To request a refund, users must send an email to our support team at plexxmovie97@gmail.com. The email should include the user's account details and reason for refund request.
3. Refund requests made after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Once the refund request is received and approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 2-5 business days.
5. Refunds will only be issued for complete billing cycles that have not been fully utilised. No partial refunds will be provided.
6. Users who have received a refund will have their access to the app revoked immediately.
Exceptions:
1. ConFlix reserves the right to make exceptions to the cancellation and refund policy in cases of fraudulent activity, violation of terms of service, or other extenuating circumstances.
2. In the event of app-wide server outages or extended downtime, the Movie Plexx may offer compensation or extensions to affected users at its discretion.
