*Instruction of Oral Presentation:
For oral presentations, please prepare your slides in a 16:9 aspect ratio. The presentation should last between 10 to 12 minutes, followed by a Q&A session at the end of the oral segment. Timing will be strictly enforced to ensure a smooth transition between speakers. To stay within the time limit, we suggest rehearsing your talk beforehand, using one slide per minute as a general guideline. The conference chairs will introduce each speaker and their talk title. You can find the template for oral presentations here [Oral presentation template].
*Instruction of Poster Presentation:
For poster presentations, please ensure that your poster is A0 size in portrait mode (33.1 x 46.8 inches). Posters will be displayed on the same boards as those used for the main conference, located in the main poster room. A template for poster presentations is available here [Poster presentation template].
*All presentations are supposed to be in-person format only:
All presentations, both oral and poster, must be delivered in person. The MICCAI committee requires that at least one author per paper be registered and physically present at the workshop, as there will be no remote or hybrid presentation options. It’s crucial to plan your attendance to avoid any missed presentations.
