What Age Can my Child Start Swimming Lessons? - Any Age. Our lessons rages from Parent and Tot (Must be 6 months old) to Adult Classes (18+)
How long are swim lessons? - Lessons are typically 30mins - 45mins once a week. You can view the program pricing details for exact durations and times.
When Can I sign up for lessons? - We offer Winter Lessons (Jan - Feb), Spring Lessons (Apr - May), Summer Lessons (Jul - Aug) and Fall Lessons (Oct - Nov). Registrations are usually the month between each session. You can email Dylan McGuire to receive email reminders of Lesson Registration dates.
How many students are in each class? - This can depend on enrollment, but for most classes our maximum student no. is 5 Swimmers. We do allow larger numbers of students in our parent and tot classes, Bronze classes and Fitness classes.
Do I need to get in the water during lessons? - Parents should not be in the water for Swimmer Lessons and Preschool lessons, but are required to be in the water for Parent and Tot classes.
What happens if my child cries in the pool? - The Head Lifeguard will come assist them into the pool at they're own pace, one on one!
What does my child need to bring for lessons? - Only a bathing suit, towel (Provided by club if forgotten), and change of clothes. We have all swimming equipment at our facility for lessons.
What happens if my child is to advanced/not adnanced enough for the level? - If there is a noticable ability difference, our head lifeguard on duty may approach you to make the class switch. If not you can allways approach them, and they will gladly switch your swimmer to the aproprate level.
