Babysitter Fee:

$100.00 for a member’s sitter of at least 16 years of age who is responsible for a member’s child/children. Sitters are only allowed to enter the club while accompanying the member family. The manager must approve all sitters.

Club Rules and Regulations

All members and members guests or visitors must register when entering the pool area. All guests or visitors must be accompanied by a member in good standing.
Children under the age of 12 years, must be accompanied by a parent or person given the responsibility by parent and pool manager.
To swim in the lane pool, a child must have beginner swimming skills and be able to stand (unassisted) on the three foot end of the pool. Without these skills a parent, or responsible party, must be with the child in the water at all times.
To use the diving pool and board, any child under the age of 12 must have parent, or responsible party assigned to child, present at pool side or have their swimming skills approved by lifeguard on duty prior to enter the diving area. Parents of children who abuse this rule will be considered in violation of said regulations and will be asked to leave the premises. .The diving pool is for diving only - no swimming allowed.
No boisterous or rough play is allowed on the premises. No profanity is allowed. No swimming is allowed unless a lifeguard is on duty. Swimsuits are the only proper attire for swimming in the pools. No cut-off shorts will be allowed. T-shirts with questionable or offensive wording or graphics will not be allowed.
Only licensed vehicles are allowed on the property. Please operate motor vehicles safely and responsibly when entering and exiting the club property.

Swimmies may be worn in the lane pool, but the parent or responsible person must be in the water with the child at all times.
No running is allowed in the pool area.
The association is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal articles, money, clothing, vehicle, etc. Articles left at the club for over a week will be disposed of by management.
NO GLASS allowed at any time. Members are responsible for cleaning up their own concession waste.
NO smoking. This includes e-cigarettes and vaping.
Restrooms are to be kept clean of debris. Should the restrooms be found undesirable, management should be notified at once.
No pets allowed in the pool area or tennis courts.
Mishandling of pool equipment and/or property is prohibited.
The pool may be closed at any time for safety purposes or at the discretion of the pool manager or lifeguard on duty,
No disposable diapers allowed in any pool other than diapers specifically designed for pool swimming.
Noodles are allowed in the shallow end of the lane pool only. Ring floats are not allowed. No floatation devices in the diving pool
The baby pool is for non-swimming children in Kindergarten or younger, accompanied by an adult.
Any conduct deemed detrimental to the association or its members can lead to the suspension or expulsion of membership Trident Pool Group.

I8. Any violation to these rules can lead to suspension of membership by the manager or Trident Pool Group. .
