Nominations are due by midnight on April 1, 2026.
What better way to celebrate our town than to highlight the fantastic people who made it the community that it is today?
Please look through the categories below and think of someone (a person or group) who deserves recognition!
Nominations are open to all Mount Ephraim community members, past and present. You may nominate more than one person or organization. Please be specific in your nomination. Please submit a separate form for each nomination. Self-nominations are accepted.
The awards committee will use your nomination in order to select award recipients, and may read or post some of what you write as we spotlight nominations online and during our events. Finalists will be contacted to receive their award during the 100-Year Town Birthday party on June 20, 2026. They will receive a plaque or gift and will be invited to add a memento to the town's Centennial time capsule.
Many of those nominated will have posts dedicated to them leading up to the 100-year party, and may be spotlighted online and/or during events.

Presented to an individual or family whose lives are deeply woven into the story of our town. This award honors long-standing residents, multi-generation families, and/or community historians who have preserved our shared past through memories, photographs, traditions, and storytelling. Their presence, stewardship, and dedication ensure that the history of our town is not only remembered—but lived.
Awarded to those whose leadership has influenced generations—coaches, mentors, educators, and youth champions whose guidance has helped young people grow into confident, capable members of the community.
Honoring individuals whose service and spirit have strengthened the fabric of our town. This award recognizes longtime and impactful volunteers as well as community connectors who bring people together—formally or informally—through dedication, generosity, and positive action.
Honoring those who have safeguarded and guided our town through service in public safety and civic leadership. This award recognizes individuals whose dedication and sense of duty embody the highest ideals of public service.
Recognizing businesses and organizations that have played a meaningful role in strengthening the town’s economy. From legacy businesses to innovative leaders, this award honors those who invest in the community’s success and future.
Honoring young people who are already making a positive difference in our community and who represent the promise of our town’s future. This award celebrates youth whose leadership, service, and character will help shape our community into the next century.
Recognizing residents whose thoughtfulness, generosity, or positivity have made a meaningful impact—whether through everyday kindness or standout moments that neighbors won’t forget.
