The following images of the Mountain Valley Swim and Racquet Club were taken by Julius Shulman, 1910-2009, an active architectural photographer from 1936 until 1986. Mr. Shulman documented modern architectural feats spanning several decades. Photos of the Mountain Valley Swim and Racquet Club are included in this historical record of the Southern California landscape at the Getty Research Institute. Shulman's prolific career helped promote and broaden the knowledge of modern architecture by the thoughtful manner which he conveyed architectural design.
