Tucked away in serene seclusion yet just a few minutes drive from Downtown Hot Springs, our contemporary mountaintop home sits on 16+ private acres at the top of Indian Mountain, at an elevation over 300 feet higher than the popular Hot Springs Observation Deck Tower!

The space

From the living room, boasting 10-foot high ceilings, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views through an expansive wall of windows that frame an ever-changing vista of scenic mountaintop peaks. Photos don't fully capture the beauty of the view—you simply must experience it in person!

An open-concept contemporary kitchen features the latest stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked walk-in pantry with everything you need to prepare your favorite gourmet meals. Enjoy breakfast at the hi-top table connected to the living room, overlooking the beautiful mountain vista.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, and glass doors that open to your own private outdoor sundeck, with an exceptional view of the mountains.

The master bath offers a luxurious spa-like experience, featuring an oversized walk-in shower with three separate waterfall shower heads for ultimate relaxation.

Additionally, the master bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet that’s large enough to serve as a third bedroom, nursery, or private office. Air mattresses and sleeping bags are provided if needed.

The second bedroom opens into the living room through a set of French doors and offers views of the mountains and evening sunsets from the front side of the property.

From this home, you’ll experience an abundance of nature, including birds, deer, and other wildlife, with a gentle mountain breeze filling the air throughout the day.

Start your morning with coffee as the sun rises, illuminating the tree canopies over the Ouachita Mountains. After a day of exploring the national forest and historic attractions in Hot Springs, come home to unwind and enjoy a stunning sunset. End the day on the front porch, comfortably seated under cover, watching the sky’s colors shift while listening to the enchanting songs of mountain whip-poor-wills. Later at night, marvel at the starlit sky and twinkling city lights in the valley below.

Please note

As of November 14th, 2024, we've completed some exciting new exterior upgrades to the property:

The old 8x8 ft wood deck off the living room has been replaced with a spacious 12x22 ft concrete patio, and the small sundeck off the master bedroom has been transformed into a contemporary 300 sq ft garden deck, complete with a hot tub!

Additionally, we've added a new wood-burning fire pit and replaced the steep driveway with a more welcoming entry to the home. Last but not least, we raised the grade around the property—by 3 feet in the backyard—making the view from the top even more spectacular!

The neighborhood

Few residents are aware of the presence of Indian Mountain, which is located just a short drive from downtown Hot Springs, situated between Gulpha Gorge Campground and Magic Springs. In the past, the National Park Service conducted tours to Indian Mountain twice a week. However, the tours were discontinued after visitors started removing valuable stones from the mountain.
