Leah Yorkston Vocal Studio

Leah Yorkston is an accomplished singer, actress, and voice teacher based in Portland. A Pacific Northwest native, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Portland State University and has built a dynamic career as a musical theatre performer and recording artist. Leah performs across a wide range of styles including Broadway, contemporary musical theatre, jazz, classical, folk, pop, and country.

Her notable stage roles include Maria in The Sound of Music, The Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods, and Janet in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. She also appeared in the Emmy-nominated episode “Original Cast Album: Co-Op” on IFC’s Documentary Now! (available on Netflix). Leah brings her deep performance experience to her teaching, helping students build strong technique and expressive confidence across genres.

She is represented by Q6 Model & Artist Management and lives in Portland with her family.

Karen Mallory’s Vocal Studio – Mallory Music Arts

With decades of experience, Karen Mallory has built a reputation as one of the premier voice teachers in the Beaverton area. She has worked extensively with high school students, helping them achieve top honors in vocal and performance competitions at every level—from local to national. Many of her students go on to successfully audition for competitive college music and theatre programs, thanks to her expert coaching and personalized approach.
