What does the Exec. Board do?

President: The president will run and plan meetings. Help everyone else with their positions if asked. Answer questions. They will represent us at the neighborhood Civic meetings too.

Vice President: The vice president will assist the president with all of their duties. They will also take over the president’s position if the president is not able to be at an event or a meeting. This allows them to learn the ropes of being a leader.

Secretary: The secretary will take meeting minutes and inform people that were absent of what happened. As well as taking attendance and keeping records of money.

Social Chairs: Social chairs will plan and run all the social events. They will also be the main person in charge of communicating to people and running Instagram.

Middle School Representative: A person who comes to the meetings and represents the middle schoolers. By doing this they will be learning the ropes of being a leader.

Mountainbrook Civic Supervisor: The Mountainbrook Civic Supervisor is an adult from the Mountainbrook Civic Board. They will oversee the meetings and events. They can sign off for service hours too. Also they will ask us any questions that the Mountainbrook Civic Board has for us.
