Rules and Information
Welcome to the Mountain and Alpine crash pad. Your home away from home.
RATES
Mountain Pad $375 Per Calender month. Due by the 1st of each month or prior to move in day.
Alpine Pad $350 Per Calender month. Due by the 1st of each month or prior to move in day.
24/7 Shuttle access $60 Per Calender Month. Due by the 25th of the month prior to ensure activation for next month.
1st month $150 deposit.
A few things to get you going.
ARRIVING and DEPARTING:
Crashpad Door Code will be assigned to you only, please make sure the door is locked after entry and exit!!
DON’T share your code with anyone or disclose address of pad. (Entry via stairs as white arrows on map below)
Shoe racks are provided at the front door for your shoes, please don’t use shoes within the rooms.
If you have a car there is plenty of free street parking right out the front of the unit.
Shuttle is operated by the parking spot. It is a 24/7 shuttle that we have an agreement with, $60 per month with a $150 deposit, payment must be received at least 5 Business days PRIOR to the month you wish to have parking access. The shuttle also has a shuttle tracking app your able to download. Access to shuttle is via the access gate (YELLOW LINE ON MAP, MUST Read Rules prior to USE)
ONCE YOU’VE ARRIVED:

TIME TO RELAX
Each bed is fitted with its own power board, bed caddy and light. Please keep light and noise to a minimum, being considerate of each other. You know what it’s like when you’re the one that got in late or has to get up early. Master and Rear rooms have a large enough wardrobe to get changed in if bathrooms are in use.
Pool and Gym (BLUE LINE) access have a GREY fob, we have one available and it will be on the entry coat hook. Please make sure you RETURN it when you are done for the next person. ($200 lost fob fee applies)
There is a bike located in the garage (ORANGE BOX). Feel free to use it to get supplies. Ensure you utilise the bike lock when out!
GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THE PAD.

HOUSE KEEPING:
Washer and Dryer available for your use, pods located above the machine (1 for small/med loads, 2 for large loads. Water taps to stay OFF when washer not in use)
There are pool towels and sunscreen available in the laundry for your use, if you use please just wash and re-set for the next person.
You will be assigned a bed number, with that you’ll find a baggage rack and storage to use. In the kitchen you’ll find a cupboard allocated to you also. Shared items can be placed the cupboards above the microwave.
Any fridge/freezer items there’s a marker, please write your name and date on them and please discard if they won’t last and will be need to be thrown out by another person while you’re gone.
We have added a few things to make your stay more comfortable and these will be re-stocked as required. (Paper towel, toilet paper, laundry pods, dishwashing liquid, tea, coffee and sugar. Please let us know if things need restocking)
LAST PERSON to leave Pad please take all Trash and discard in compactor. (RED LINE)
We ask you keep the crash pad tidy, as if it was your grandmother’s house. For the other pilots staying there with you.
TIME TO SAY GOODBYE
Once you have to leave us we require 30 days’ notice so we can fill your spot unless approved in writing prior.
If you have a shuttle pass, you must return it to receive your $150 deposit.
Please before leaving wash your bed linen and towel and just leave folded up on your bed so we can prepare it for the next person.
Last but not least, there is a WhatsApp group so we can easily communicate with each other. Please also use the group to advise us when we need to stock up listed supplies or something needs to be addressed. We want you all to be comfortable and happy with your stay so please let us know how we can ensure it stays this way.
