I was born in a village in Haryana, but have spent most of my life in Chandigarh (also known as The City Beautiful). I completed my schooling at JNV, Chandigarh, India, and then moved to IISER Mohali for an integrated BS–MS program. In 2019, I joined IUCAA, Pune, for my PhD. I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at AIP, Potsdam, Germany.
My research focuses on exploring feedback from AGN-driven winds and jets on their host galaxies.
Outside of research, I enjoy playing badminton, hiking, and traveling. I also love discussing exciting topics in astronomy and astrophysics with young and enthusiastic minds. I am fluent in Hindi, English, and Punjabi.
