My main research interests are in the fields of experimental and behavioral economics, and I study topics related to development and labor economics.

My research mainly focuses on economic issues related to identity economics, leadership, conflict, and discrimination. Currently, my research explores the effect of social identity on leader effectiveness.
I received a Doctoral Dissertation Research in Economics Grant from National Science Foundation (NSF), USA, in August 2021. I received two Seed Grants from Ahmedabad University, India, in December 2021 and April 2022.
