12 to 14-Year-Olds (80% Fundamentals, 20% Game Situations): Introducing positionless play and teaching how to adapt to different positions and game situations.
14+ (Small Group Training): Emphasizing advanced skills, basketball IQ, and tactical understanding of the game.
