MotoMate ("the App") is designed to help motorcycle owners manage maintenance records, fuel logs, service history, expenses, mileage, reminders, and other vehicle-related information.

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. MotoMate follows a privacy-first approach, with your records stored locally on your device whenever possible.

Information We Collect

Most information you enter into MotoMate—including vehicle details, maintenance records, fuel logs, expenses, notes, and reminders—is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to the developer.

For analytics and app performance measurement, MotoMate collects the following information through Firebase Analytics:

• Google Advertising ID (Advertising ID / GAID)

• Device identifiers

• App usage information

• App events and performance data

MotoMate does not collect or transmit your vehicle records, maintenance history, fuel logs, expenses, or other personal records to the developer's servers.

Purpose of Data Collection

The information collected through Firebase Analytics is used solely to:

• Measure app usage

• Improve app performance and stability

• Understand feature usage

• Diagnose crashes and technical issues

Advertising ID is not used for personalized advertising, behavioral profiling, or ad targeting.

Data Storage

Your motorcycle records and related information remain stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or back them up yourself.

If you create backups or export files, they are stored only in the location you select. MotoMate does not maintain copies of exported or backed-up data.

Third-Party Services

MotoMate uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC.

Firebase Analytics may collect:

• Advertising ID

• Device identifiers

• Usage statistics

• App interaction events

Permissions

MotoMate requests only the permissions necessary for app functionality. Depending on the features you use, these may include:

Data Sharing

Analytics information collected by Firebase is processed by Google solely for analytics and app performance measurement.

Data Retention

Analytics data collected through Firebase Analytics is retained according to Firebase's default retention settings, which may be up to 14 months.

Children's Privacy

MotoMate is designed for users aged 3 and above.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.
