Ride video (MP4)
GPS/location data
Motion sensor data (accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer)
Exportable ride data (CSV)
Check device permissions:
iOS: Settings > MotoLog > Camera, Microphone
Android: Settings > Apps > MotoLog > Permissions
Make sure Location permission is granted
Go outdoors for stronger GPS signal
Wait a few seconds for GPS lock
Confirm camera permission is enabled
Free up storage space
Restart the app and try again
Open a saved ride first
Try export again from Ride Details
Ensure your device supports sharing features
Delete old rides from the app
Keep enough free storage before long recordings
MotoLog stores ride data locally on your device.
