Born in Okinawa, Japan
He started playing percussion at the age of 13.
His exploration of opera led him to study in Italy.
He graduated at the top of his class with unanimous acclaim from the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Italy.
He has won many awards, mainly for his drumming instruments, and has played timpani, percussion, and drum set in various orchestras, ensembles, and recordings both in Japan and abroad.
He has performed with various national and international orchestras, ensembles, and recordings on timpani, percussion, and drum set.
In 2024, he will perform with world-renowned pianist Maria João Pires.

He approaches the possibilities of percussion instruments and musical expression, and pursues a form of music that is not bound by genre or form.

He has studied with Mutsuko Taira, Toru Uematsu, Hidehiko Kouzai,
Paolo Pasqualin, Andrea Bindi, and Matteo Moretti.
