• Firebase Authentication: Used to verify your identity via OTP.

• Google Cloud Firestore: Used to store your profile data and booking history securely.

• Right to Delete: You can delete your entire account and all associated data (Profile information, Address, and Booking History) directly within the app by navigating to Profile > Delete Account.

• Permanent Action: Once an account is deleted, the action cannot be undone, and we no longer retain any of your personal data on our servers.

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard security tools provided by Google Firebase (including App Check and Secure Rules) to protect your information.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
