RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Improvement - maximize sales growth through the effective conduct of retail operations initiatives.
Customer Purchase Maximization - maximize sales by ensuring optimal spending by the customer per transactions.
Customer Conversion - maximize sales from generated foot traffic by turning foot traffic to transactions.
Customer Service Delivery - maintain customer satisfaction through the excellent delivery of products and services.
Inventory Management - Inventory Count Accuracy - manage and maintain accurate system and physical inventory count of retail store merchandise.
Operational Compliance - ensure compliance to all retail store standards through diligent enforcement of operational checklists, policies, and requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
With good written and oral communication skills, both in English and Filipino.
With at least 4 years of working experience in a retail industry or related field.
Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the retail industry.
Required skills: Selling and Retail Operations Management. Must be effective in organizing, monitoring results, and keen on details.
Must be a motorcycle rider or motorcycle enthusiast.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong salesmanship and customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers, provide accurate product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Proficient in operating POS systems, handling cashiering transactions accurately, and following strict cash-handling procedures.
Capable of assisting in inventory management tasks, including receiving, tagging, displaying, and monitoring merchandise, as well as participating in inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
Strong awareness of security and loss prevention measures, store protocols, and active participation in maintaining store safety and cleanliness.
Must demonstrate reliability, cooperation, and attention to detail in supporting store operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high service standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Reached College Level or graduated from any 2-year course or completed at least Senior High School
With at least 1 year experience in the retail industry, specifically in selling technical products and handling POS system
With experience in the same industry within the past 3 years
Must be customer-oriented
Must have at least 1 year of work experience in retail or a related industry

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Online Live Seller is responsible for hosting engaging live-selling sessions across various E-commerce and social media platforms. This role involves presenting technical products clearly, answering customer inquiries in real time, and driving sales through energetic and informative product demonstrations.
Host live selling sessions on Shopee, TikTok, and other online platforms.
Present products clearly, accurately, and in an engaging manner.
Answer viewers’ inquiries during livestreams and promote product features.
Assist in preparing products for live selling and setting up the live selling area.
Track online live selling session performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Manage E-commerce channel/s administration, such as uploading of products and implementing of E-com promotions in line with the achievement of the channel’s sales target.
Support other E-commerce operations when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field with at least 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
With or without experience in Live Selling, training will be provided.
Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.
Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledgeable about motorcycle gears and accessories is an advantage.
