Our lab, headed up by Dr. Hyun-Ghang Jeong, focuses on improving our understanding of patients with mood disorders and neurocognitive disorders, especially in the elderly, and aims to develop novel diagnostic and treatment methods. To do so, we actively engage in investigating the brain and its interaction with other systems of our body by incorporating various state of the art techniques including neurocognitive test, blood assessments, brain stimulation, multimodal neuroimaging, and etc. The integration of these multidisciplinary approaches provides unique research experience and guides us to understand the human brain and related diseases.
