Privacy Policy

This policy governs how we treat your data. In relation to the Motivator application and Support Tickets.

When you submit data through our support form we collect your email address. This is only collected to provide you support if required and group issues. Grouping issues allows us to identify related issues and know if an issue is new or ongoing. Were we to delete your email we could not know for example if you submit a related issue 6 months or so down the line. We will delete your issue group within 4 years of your last submission or when the data ceases to have relevance to us. This could be that we have developed a replacement product / service or no longer offer the product / service.

Once an issue is dealt with your personal details will be deleted from our support database in good time. Good time means usually on completion of processing your request or at a later date within 30 days. We may keep your details longer if we feel there will need to make further contact concerning your issue in which case they should be deleted within 30 days of us finishing handling your issue. Please do not provide personally identifiable information other than your name as it is used to greet you during communication.

Once a support ticket is complete (requiring no further communication) we only keep the technical details of issue reports deleting any phone numbers etc. We will never use these details to contact you concerning any other products or services. We may contact you concerning other issues if we feel them to be relevant to your reported issues.
