What is Mo'Run?

Mo'Run is my app designed to help Clark students feel more motivated to run. Whether you are a beginner or very experienced with running, Mo'Run has many different tools to help you be at the comfort level and athletic level that you want to acheive when running.

What inspired Mo'Run?

Mo'Run was inspired from my personal experiences with running. I have been a runner since I was 7 years old, but as I have gotten older I have found that my motivation to go on runs has significantly decreased. I have discovered that the reason for this lack of motivation is due to the absence of a training plan to follow as well as limited people to be able to go on runs with. The Mo'Run app was designed to help other experienced runners with this issue, as well as to get new runners started on an organized path.

Why should I get Mo'Run?

It is the first non-profit app designed to not only track your runs, but also increase your motivation by listing other people on campus that are available to run with you, as well as other various features! Read more about this in detail in the "My app" section of this website.
