BadonguTech ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Motion Shot Basketball mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about the data we collect.

Our App is designed to be a simple, user-friendly basketball game.

• Personal Data: We do not personally collect or store any "Personally Identifiable Information" (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.

• Sensors: The App accesses your device's hardware sensors (Accelerometer and Compass/Gyroscope) solely to provide the "hand flick" gameplay mechanic. This sensor data is processed locally on your device in real-time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to our servers.

• Permissions: The App uses the VIBRATE permission for haptic feedback and the AD_ID permission to serve advertisements.

2. Third-Party Services (Advertising)

To keep this game free, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements (interstitial ads). The Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares certain data with Google to serve, personalize, and measure ads.

According to Google’s disclosures, AdMob may collect:

• IP Address: Used to estimate your general/approximate location (e.g., city or region).

• User Interactions: Information about how you interact with ads (taps, views).

• Device Identifiers: Such as the Android Advertising ID (AAID).

• Diagnostics: Information related to app performance and crash logs.

3. Data Safety & Security

We value your trust. All data handled by the third-party SDKs in this App is encrypted in transit using modern protocols (HTTPS/TLS). Since we do not collect personal accounts, we do not store any of your personal data on our own servers.

4. Children’s Privacy

This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided a third-party service with personal data, please contact us.

5. Your Choices (Opt-Out)

You can reset or opt-out of personalized advertising by visiting your Android device's settings:

• Settings > Google > Ads > Reset/Delete Advertising ID.
