Welcome to MotionPix Master - Photo Motion Maker! By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms govern your use of the App, and they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MotionPix Master.

2. Use of the App

License: MotionPix Master grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, or distribute the App or any of its components.

3. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

4. User-Generated Content

No Uploads: MotionPix Master does not allow users to upload content. Users can only save edited images to their mobile devices or share them externally through third-party applications(like whatsapp, facebook)

Ownership: You retain ownership of the Content you upload. By uploading Content, you grant MotionPix Master a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.

5. External Sharing

MotionPix Master enables you to share your edited 3D motion pictures externally through third-party applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of these external platforms, and you should review their terms and policies when using them.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
