An assistant professor at E-JUST is interested in studying human resources and organizational behavior in developing countries. Besides his academic duties, Dr. Mostafa Shahen is currently the director of the Industrial Training Unit (ITU) at E-JUST, where training programs are conducted for employees of the biggest corporations in Egypt. Dr. Mostafa Shahen implements laboratory experiments to understand individual behaviors toward environmental sustainability.  Dr. Mostafa Shahen develops and conducts surveys and field experiments in developing countries such as Bangladesh and Nigeria to address developmental issues such as well-being and energy.
