Welcome to the Moss Lake Property Owners Association Website

The sole purpose of MLPOA is to protect the rights and interests of lakefront property owners.
MLPOA is the only group available on Moss Lake that supports all lakefront property owners.
We are all neighbors. We live and socialize here together it benefits everyone if we work together.
All MLPOA funds are held in an interest-bearing account. Funds are used for communications, distribution of invoices, meetings and legal or political action to support lakefront property owners. Our focus is to grow this fund for your protection.
We are working to stop the influx of debris and improve water management by the city.
We all need the support of every property owner. Elected officials, whom we cannot vote for, have decided to impose restrictive and additional financial burdens upon all lakefront property owners.
The unanimous support of MLPOA will give strength to our views and data presented. Being a member of MLPOA will help ensure you have a voice. Your voice counts.
MLPOA officers document your concerns and share information with the Moss Lake Commission and Kings Mountain City Council.
Two of the seven members of the Moss Lake Commission are members of MLPOA.

We will not share our member list with any person or group outside of MLPOA
PLEASE join us in this mission, Dues are ONLY $25 per year. Membership runs from January through December each year.

Most lakefront property owners have joined this group. Our goal is for every lake front property owner to join. In recent months have attempted to contact every lake front property owner, to make them aware of this group and our mission. Due to incorrect contact information we have not been able to reach everyone. Please ensure your neighbors are informed this group. There is a lot of interesting things happening on the lake.

The MLPOA Management Team

All members of the management team are volunteers. We each have a vested interest in ensuring Moss Lake can be enjoyed by everyone. The management team includes our officers, lake commission members and area representatives.

Many of us also volunteer on committees to keep abreast of Moss Lake issues and help guide change in a direction that is positive for everyone that uses Moss Lake:
