Terms of Use (EULA) for the poinca App
In this EULA, the following terms have the following meanings:
"App" refers to the poinca mobile application.
"User" refers to all individuals using the App.
"We" refers to the individual operating the App under the trade name OOTTFF.
By using the App, the User agrees to this EULA. If the User does not agree to the EULA, they must immediately cease using the App.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, and patent rights, related to the App are owned by us or the rights holders who have granted licenses to us. Users may not infringe upon these rights by reproducing, distributing, or otherwise without our explicit permission or the permission of the rights holder.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information in the App. We shall not be liable for any damages, including errors, bugs, or inaccuracies, that may be incurred by Users or third parties as a result of using the App.
We may display advertisements within the App. By using the App, Users agree to the display of advertisements by us or third parties.
In the iOS version of the App, monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions are available for removing advertisements. Please refer to the description within the App for details about auto-renewable subscriptions. The following are important points regarding auto-renewable subscriptions:
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To turn off auto-renew, Users must go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > View Apple ID > Manage Subscriptions > Turn off auto-renew.
Cancellations during the subscription period will not take effect until the end of the current subscription period.
We reserve the right to change this EULA as necessary. Changes to the EULA will take effect when announced within the App. By continuing to use the App after changes, the User is deemed to have agreed to the modified EULA.
