Personal Details: Your Name, Phone Number, and Profile Picture.
Transaction Data: Payment history related to your monthly mosque subscriptions or donations. This information is strictly used for the internal management of the mosque and to keep your accounting records accurate.
Our app may request access to your device's location solely to provide an accurate Qibla Direction and local Prayer Times. Your location data is processed securely and locally on your device. We never sell, share, or distribute your location data to third-party advertisers or external organizations.
To ensure you never lose your data, our app provides an optional feature to backup and restore your information using your personal Google Drive account.
User Ownership: The backup file is created and stored securely within your own personal Google Drive space. Only you have the permission to view, manage, or restore this backup file.
No Developer Access: We (the developers) do not have any access to your Google Drive, nor can we view, read, modify, or access your backup data under any circumstances. Your data remains entirely private and under your sole control.
We use trusted third-party services to power specific essential features of the app:
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to send you important mosque notices and prayer alerts.
Payment Gateways: Local payment systems may be utilized for secure donations and physical products.
These services operate under their own strict privacy and security policies.
We value your trust in providing us with your personal information. We utilize modern encryption and secure database systems (such as Firebase and Isar Database) to protect your personal and transaction data. Under no circumstances do we sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to outside entities.
In strict compliance with Google Play's Data Safety guidelines, you have full control over your personal data. You reserve the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to delete your account:
Direct Request: Go to the app Settings and click on the 'Delete Account Request' button to send us a direct deletion request.
Email Request: Alternatively, you can email us directly at razanmazi94@gmail.com. Please mention 'Account Deletion Request' and include your registered Name and Phone Number.
Once requested, all your data (including profile info and transaction history) will be permanently and securely wiped from our databases.
We reserve the right to update or modify our Privacy Policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users via in-app notifications. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes.
8. Auto Jamaat Silent Mode & Notification Policy Access (DND):
Our application requests ACCESS_NOTIFICATION_POLICY permission to automatically change the phone's ringer mode (Silent/Normal) during congregation (Jamaat) prayer times. This permission is solely used to ensure a peaceful environment in the mosque by toggling the sound profiles. We do not collect, store, trace, or share any personal data, notification content, or user activities through this permission. Users can completely disable this feature at any time via the app's settings.
