Why is my video silent?

Moshly records video only. Add your sound in the app

you're posting to — TikTok, Reels and Shorts all let you

add music after uploading.

The effect looks weak or barely shows.

It needs a bright, sharp picture to grab onto. Film

outdoors or turn a light on. In a dim room the frame

has little detail to smear, so the melt goes soft.

How does it actually work?

Film one clip, stop, then film another. The last frame

of the first clip stays on screen, and whatever moves in

front of the camera drags those old pixels along with it.

Use the ghost overlay to line the second shot up.

I paid for Premium but it isn't unlocked.

Open Settings, tap Get Moshly Premium, then

Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the

same Apple ID you bought it with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions →

Moshly → Cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; the

current period runs to its end.

Can I use my videos commercially?

Yes. Everything you film is yours. Post it, monetise it,

no credit needed.

My device gets warm and the effect stutters.

60 FPS with high mosh intensity is demanding. Drop the

capture rate to 30 FPS or lower Mosh intensity in

Settings → Experimental.
