Moshfiq-Us-Saleheen Chowdhury is currently pursuing the Masters of Science (MSc) in Electrical Engineering degree at the University of Calgary, Canada. He is also working as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Calgary. He has completed his Bachelors in Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineering (EECE) with an emphasis in Electronics from the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST). He has worked as a Junior Research Collaborator at the Advanced Bioinformatics, Computational Biology and Data Science Laboratory Bangladesh (ABCD Lab) under the Energy and Technology Research Division. His primary responsibilities were developing interdisciplinary, multi-scale design methods for addressing problems in a fully integrated manner using robust systems as well as introducing recent technology-related excellent research work and personal skills for the betterment of humanity, society and the environment.

The IEEE Region 10 Symposium (TENSYMP) is one of the official annual conferences owned and organized by the IEEE REGION 10 (Asia Pacific). The main responsibility was to act like a SPOC (single point of contact) between potential delegates from the Section and the various committees of TENSYMP 2022 and follow up with the potential delegates to renew their IEEE memberships or encourage them to become members in case they are not.

The paper focuses on development of a device that will primarily concentrate on medical-grade, real-time cardiac arrest prediction by continuously monitoring the heart rate of the users and alerting them to any abnormalities so that they can take the appropriate safeguards as soon as possible.

Stealth Aircrafts, ballistic missiles, fighter jets, space debris are some examples of Low RCS Airborne targets. In this paper, a sequential discussion of some of these algorithms presented throughout the last decade has been organized. An elaborated study among selected algorithms has been done.
