How fast is delivery?
Same-day on the East Rand for most standard bookings in by 10:00, subject to capacity on the day; after that it goes next-day. Hot Shot Express is available on demand where we have space in the day.

Can I track my parcel?
Yes. We watch the driver live from our side and you get a timestamped proof of delivery when it lands. Enter your waybill on the tracking page for the current status.

Where do you operate?
Collections across Gauteng (our hub is in Wattville). Deliveries across the East Rand: Alberton, Boksburg, Benoni, Brakpan, Germiston, Katlehong, Kempton Park, Springs, Tembisa, Thokoza, Tsakane, Vosloorus, Wattville, and nearby areas.
Do you do moving / relocation?  

Yes. Our bakkie + driver team handles small and full moves across the East Rand, from a single room to a 4-bedroom home and we can hire a ¾-ton or 1-ton trailer for bigger loads. Same bakkie team that runs your deliveries does the move, so you already know the standard.
Do you supply helpers / movers?  

Yes. We add crew to help load, unload and carry upstairs. Standard moves come with the driver plus a loader; add helpers for bigger homes. Stairs, heavy items, after-hours and overnight bookings carry a small extra charge, always itemized on your written quote before you commit, never a surprise.

Do you deliver for businesses and online sellers?
Yes. E-commerce, retail, pharmacies, clinics, warehouses and offices. We set up a simple daily handoff so your parcels go without you chasing anyone.

Do you deliver furniture and appliances from a store to the customer?

Yes. Fridges, stoves, couches, wardrobes, beds, home-office furniture, shop orders. We collect from the store and deliver to the customer's door, with stairs handled,

heavy-item and two-person options, and assembly on request.
How is that priced?

One flat price per delivery address, based on distance — see the trade rates table above. Retailers on a contract earn volume-tier rates as their monthly delivery volume grows.

How do I pay?
We'll send a quote first (within the hour on bookings made during office hours), then arrange payment: cash or EFT before collection.
Do moving quotes need a deposit?  

Yes. Around 50% secures your slot and is valid for 30 days; the balance is settled after the move. Same-day moves booked in by 10:00 are usually priced and confirmed the same morning, and we always send a written, itemized quote before you pay anything.

What about weekends and after hours?
Bookings after 18:00 or on weekends carry a surcharge. Hot Shot Express is available on demand where we have capacity on the day.

Is my parcel insured?
We maintain strict chain-of-custody handling on every run. For standard runs, we operate under standard courier terms. If your shipment requires specific transit liability or formal Goods-in-Transit coverage, let us know on the booking form, we can easily tailor our handling or arrange specific coverage for your valuable consignments.

How do returns work?
Returns are R45 per parcel within the East Rand. We collect from the drop-off and bring it back to you.
