RAY & JIM
Ray Morton and Jim Malloy originally connected as neighbors in Long Island NY, became conquering golf buddies, and are both Viet Nam Veterans. Upon retiring from their early business ventures, both ended up relocating to North Carolina in the early 2000s. Ray founded the real estate company here in NC, and they decided to partner with each other to expand to full real estate services.
With over $250 million in realty sales in Charlotte Metro, they are looking forward to helping the next generation of realtors create successful homeownership, generational wealth, and small business ownership.
