Students are responsible for all books and magazines checked out from the library
Students should not loan checked out items to other students or friends
Fines are incurred for any lost, damaged, or stolen items

Students can place holds through Destiny Discover
Students may borrow a personal copy of a book from Ms. Carpenter if their library account is not in good standing

$0.05 per school day for each overdue item, up to $1.00
Cost to replace item for lost materials or trading one from home of comparable value

Students will be assigned a certain number of books or points to read during each nine week period through their English Language Arts class
AR's database has thousands of titles from which to choose
Quizzes must be taken at school
Students receive incentives for each quiz passed

For fire alarm exit front of school building
For severe weather crouch in safety position along wall outside of Library
For earthquake drill get underneath tables or computer cubicles
