Welcome to Mortgages by Randy! 

I am Randy Rodgers, a Texas residential mortgage loan originator based in beautiful New Braunfels. I have been in the mortgage industry since 2021, starting the day after I retired as a 30-year public school educator. Having been in schools for most of my life, I am still passionate about education and seek to make my customers knowledgeable and empowered to make the best possible decisions for their home purchase or refinance. For most folks,  a home is the biggest purchase they will ever undertake, and I want you to know the options, implications, risks, and benefits of such an important decision. I pride myself on open communication with my buyers and am available almost anytime of day, 7 days a week. 

Personally, I have been married to a beautiful, elementary teacher wife, Missie, for 31 years. I have 2 children, a 24-year old, brilliant and talented daughter, Reagan, and a 21-year old, equally brilliant and talented son, Reilly. And this year, I became PopPop when we welcomed our first grandchild, Ben.  When I have free time, I'm likely to be found bass fishing, fly fishing for trout, or hiking and exploring the outdoors, usually with my 1-year old pup, Phoebe.
