Mortality & Choices offers Terwilliger Plaza members education, exploration, and discussion opportunities about our choices at the end of life.

These choices include legal preparation, transitioning to increased levels of care including palliative and hospice, medical aid in dying and other options. Many informational resources are provided such as preparation checklists and support in regard to grief.
