By downloading or using Morseny (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
Morseny allows users to:
Convert text into Morse code
Decode Morse code
Store content locally on their device
Some features require a Premium subscription to access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful and personal purposes. You must not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Disrupt the app’s functionality
Upload or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content
Misuse the app for unauthorized surveillance or harassment
4. Premium Subscription
Certain features require a paid Premium subscription.
Subscriptions are managed via Google Play
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through your Google Play account
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are subject to Google Play Store refund policies
You may restore previous purchases on a new device using the “Restore” function
5. Analytics and Tracking
The App uses third-party analytics services such as Firebase and Facebook SDK to collect anonymous usage data.
This helps us improve performance and understand general user behavior.
Morseny does not show ads and does not engage in advertising-based tracking.
6. Data Handling and Privacy
All user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you consent to the data practices outlined therein.
7. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding:
The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
The accuracy or reliability of results produced by the App
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Any damages, including indirect or incidental damages
Any data loss resulting from use of the App
