MorphVOXTM Pro takes voice changing to a new level. With high-quality voice morphing and ultra-quiet background suppression, this voice changer will transform your online games and instant messaging.

MorphVOX Mac voice changing software can be used with all online games including World of Warcraft, EVE Online, Second Life, Lord of the Rings Online and many more.

It also integrates with VoIP and Instant Messaging programs such as Zoom, Discord, FaceTime, IChat, Mumble, Skype, Ventrilo, TeamSpeak, Yahoo Messenger, GoogleTalk and more.

In the studio, MorphVOX integrates with multimedia applications such as Audacity, Garage Band and much more.

MorphVOX Pro is easy to use. The program modifies your voice in real-time as you speak into your microphone. It is compatible with most popular chat applications - Skype, Facebook Messenger, Hangouts, TeamSpeak - and is even able to alter audio files you've previously recorded.

The selection of voices range from children to robots. However, MorphVOX has very few background sounds (you can pretend you are in a traffic jam and little else). Also, some of the effects are unrealistic and not well designed.

MorphVOX Pro has many uses for the imaginative. For example, you can use it to improve your experience in an online role-playing game by giving your character a more appropriate voice. Or you can use it to play a joke on a friend by calling them from a fake Skype account.

MorphVOX Pro wants you to have a good time using it. That's why, even if you are a user with little experience, it only takes you a few minutes to be able to start having fun with it. Thanks to the diversity of voices available, the only limit is your imagination.

A lot of people ask about voice changers for their gaming, and it was a topic that interested me, as well. I spent a bunch of time over the last couple of months testing several different voice changers.

For me, MorphVox provided the best results. It was easy to use, provided a bunch of built-in voices and more for free download within the client, and came with a soundboard (Although VoiceMod's soundboard layout was far superior). Although this seems to be an older program and it's not very pretty to use, it had the huge advantage of being the only voicemod I tried that didn't make me sound glitchy and/or robotic. It was easy to make your own voices, although I didn't find the need to as there were so many available - there are 7 pre-made different male-to female voices available.

VoiceMod was a solid runner up to MorphVox. There is a free version, but the changes you can use rotate through a series of "free" selections, and the "Male to Female" voices never came up under free for the two- to three-weeks I was testing. There are a decent number of voices available, but many of them are pointless or ridiculous, and only two premade male-to-female. The soundboard in VoiceMod was easy to set up, use, and had a nicer interface, but the main drawback I found was that, despite how much time I spent tweaking the voices, people still complained that I sounded "glitchy" or that my mic sounded "broken".

A little bit cheaper than VoiceMod for the lifetime subscription, but also not as good. There are a ton of voices, but almost all of them are nigh on useless. (I'm looking at you, "Jellyfish" voice). I didn't spend as much time on this one as the others, mainly because I got a ton of complaints about how my voice sounded with it on - it was VERY apparent I was using a voice changer and the comments ranged from my voice being "robotic" and "processed" sounding, to my voice being "like stabbing a pencil in my ear."

Clownfish is free, and it shows. It's not intuitive, it's hard to use, and, for all my playing with it, I couldn't get it to produce meaningful results. Like Voxal, everyone clearly knew I was using a voice changer, and they were not happy with hearing the results. It comes with a very limited number of pre-programmed voices, but you can make you own. However, in weeks of testing I was never able to make a voice that didn't come out sounding awful.

VoiceMeeter is free, and it works, but good luck getting results out of it. It's kind of an audio mixer that you can use to change your voice as well - what this means is that there are a TON of sliders and dials that you can tweak to your heart's content, but it took me hours of playing with to get it to where my voice sounded feminine. The in-client documentation is kind of lacking, and I had to do a lot of googling to figure out what to change to make my voice sound feminine. In the end, it worked, but my voice still had odd pauses, drops, and occasional "metallic" sounds that got very annoying to people after awhile.

In this article, we will take a deep dive into every aspect of this voice changer including its features, and find out whether is MorphVOX safe to use or not. Also, we will provide an alternative software recommendation if you want to the other voice changer.

Except for the voice-changing function that offers you plenty of voice effect options, you can also make good use of the soundboard function and the background sounds. Soundboard allows you to surprise your friends by sending them a prank sound. And you can pretend that you are in a completely different place by adding background sounds.

People who encountered issues that make them think MorphVOX is risky might have downloaded the software from other unreliable websites. And MorphVOX voice changer from such download sources could be corrupted, even worse, it may contain viruses. To download their products safely, the official website of MorphVOX is the only recommended way. Cracked versions are extremely unreliable if you wish to have safe usage.

Besides the real-time voice changer function, you can also use more than one hundred sound effects in the Soundboard to add more fun during your online call or voice chat. FineVoice is now free to use on Windows systems, you can download it and have a try.

With screaming bee's Morphvox pro you get Timbre control which you don't in audacity. By drewstwos - 10 Years Ago HI George

I have MorphVox Pro. It is fine if all you want to do is just disguise your voice a bit BUT...... In my present project I need two distinctly different voices. One mine and the other the avatars. I recorded them with MV and though they are 'different' they are still very recognisable as mine. Also with Audacity which I now use in preference to MV ,unless you really alter pitch and tempo etc the result is a bit disappointing. So from my point of view I would and will be using a real person to do the dialogue. Besides which the avatar needs a regional accent which neither MV nor Audacity can do.

Hope this helps. By prabhatM - 10 Years Ago To make your voice sound different, MODULATE differently. For example, if you talk excitedly in your normal self, record that for one character. Then record another just opposite way, deliver your dialogues with long pauses.

Also "copy" different favourite stars with distinct personalities.

Once done, start voice processing with different textures. Use different pitches. Give one file extra bass. Heighten treble in another.

Suddenly, you will have 4 different voices, distinct from each other with Audacity / Voice changing softwares.

Trust me, recording voices is no less exciting than regular animation.

Another quick tip. Use different microphones from 1$ cheap microphones to 400$ mic for different characters to get different voice textures. Infact, for voice recording, there is no good or bad mic. Each one offers different voice texture, provided you can take care of the background noise effectively.

Then record in an open room, in a small booth, inside your cupboard, inside the quilt, from 2" distance with a Pop filter, at a 8" distance without Pop filter......experiment all just to get a different voice texture. Use USB mic for ease of use.

Just remember MODULATION is the key.

By DELETED2 - 10 Years Ago I agree with DT on many angles. Morphvox Pro still, if not tuned correctly, gives a compressive ringing that you get with over-compressed audio sometimes. You can filter it out, but the best situation is to use Audacity with Screaming Bee drivers as the processor. Shown on the Screaming Bee site.

What you do NOT get with Audacity is the TIMBRE control. Without this, youre very very limited.  e24fc04721
