This Privacy Policy explains how Morph Gamepad ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information. By downloading and using the App, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Data Collection and Usage Morph Gamepad is designed to function as a local utility. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect, store, or transmit your personally identifiable information to any external servers.
2. Bluetooth and Nearby Devices The App requires permissions to access Bluetooth and Nearby Devices (BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, BLUETOOTH_SCAN, BLUETOOTH_ADVERTISE).
Purpose: These permissions are strictly used to discover and establish a local hardware connection between your mobile device and your PC.
No Location Tracking: The App does not use Bluetooth data to track your physical location, nor is this connection data shared with any third parties.
3. Local Storage All user-generated data, including your custom gamepad layouts, button configurations, application settings, and saved PC connection profiles, are stored entirely locally on your device. This data is never uploaded to the cloud or our servers. If you uninstall the app or use the "Clear All Data" feature, this information is permanently deleted from your device.
4. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob) The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob is a third-party service that may collect and use certain data to serve relevant ads.
Data Collected by AdMob: Google AdMob may collect your device's Advertising ID, IP address, and general usage data to personalize ads, analyze ad performance, and prevent fraud.
Opt-Out: You can manage or opt-out of personalized advertising through your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID).

5. Children's Privacy Morph Gamepad does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take steps to remove such data.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Effective Date".
