Your initial appointment will last approximately 45 minutes and includes:

Comprehensive History & Assessment – We'll discuss your health concerns, lifestyle, and goals. For newborns and infants, this includes a full newborn assessment; for children, a developmental and posture evaluation tailored to their age and stage.

Postural & Orthopedic Evaluation – A hands-on assessment of alignment, movement, and function to identify what's driving your (or your child's) symptoms.

Hands-On Care – A combination of massage, chiropractic adjustments, and myofascial release tailored to your needs.

Report of Findings & Plan of Care – We'll outline a treatment approach based on your condition and wellness goals.

Please be ready at your scheduled time to ensure a seamless experience.

Imaging Policy

We do not perform X-rays or imaging in our studio. If advanced imaging (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, or ultrasounds) is necessary, we'll refer you to a trusted provider we recommend. Once reviewed by a radiologist, we'll go over the results with you together.

Personalized Care Plans

Each care plan is customized based on your specific needs and may include:
