Morino Akari Shokai Privacy Policy

1. About this app
"Morino Akari Shokai" (the "App") is a personal tool used only on the computer of the owner of the Zazzle store "KuroaJP" (the "Owner"). The Owner uses it to prepare Pinterest Pins (images and text) that introduce products from the Owner's own store.
The App is not offered to the public, and it does not handle any accounts or personal information of anyone other than the Owner.
2. Information we handle
The App handles only the following information:
- Zazzle product information: product names, product page URLs, product image URLs, prices, publish dates, descriptions, and keywords of products publicly listed in the "KuroaJP" store (all of this is publicly available on Zazzle)
- Pins created in the App: Pin images, English titles, descriptions, keywords, and destination links (Zazzle product page URLs)
- Posting records: the URLs and posting dates of Pins the Owner has published on Pinterest
- App settings and activity records: automatic check settings, work logs, AI text generation usage counts, and on-screen data such as the names and task records of the App's employee characters
- Credentials for external services: the Owner's own Claude API key
The App does not collect personal information of anyone other than the Owner, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment information. The App does not use cookies or tools for analytics, advertising, or tracking.
3. Where information is stored
All information is stored only on the Owner's computer. It is never sent to any server or cloud service operated for the App.
- Browser storage (localStorage): on-screen data (employee and task records, display settings)
- A data folder on the Owner's computer: Zazzle product information, Pin images and text, posting records, automatic check settings and logs, and AI usage counts
- A settings file on the Owner's computer: credentials such as API keys (these are excluded from source code version control (Git) and are never shown on screen or in logs)
The App runs only on the Owner's computer (localhost) and is not published on the internet.
4. Communication with external services (current features)
The App communicates with external services only in the following cases:
- Zazzle (feed.zazzle.com): reads the list of publicly listed products in the "KuroaJP" store from Zazzle's official RSS feed (once a day automatically, and when the Owner requests it)
- Zazzle's image server (rlv.zcache.com): downloads publicly available product images to create Pin images
- Anthropic (Claude API): only when the Owner presses a button to request English text written by AI, the App sends the product name, store name, product description, and keywords (all publicly available product information). No images or personal information are sent. The automatic AI text setting is not used unless the Owner turns it on. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to information sent to Anthropic.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com): the browser loads fonts to display text on screen. During this, standard connection information (such as the IP address) is sent from the browser to Google.
- Pinterest: the App currently does not communicate with Pinterest. The Owner publishes Pins manually on the Pinterest website and records the URLs of published Pins in the App.
5. Integration with the official Pinterest API (planned feature)
We plan to add a feature that uses the official Pinterest API to post Pins approved by the Owner to the Owner's own Pinterest account, "KuroaJP". When this feature is added, information will be handled as follows:
- The integration is used only if the Owner grants permission on Pinterest's authorization screen. The App requests only the minimum permissions needed to read boards and to create and read Pins.
- Information received from Pinterest: the names and IDs of the Owner's boards (to choose where to post), and the IDs and URLs of created Pins (to record posts)
- Information sent to Pinterest: the Pin image, title, description, destination link (Zazzle product page URL), and the destination board
- A Pin is posted only after the Owner reviews and approves that Pin individually and performs the posting action. The App never posts automatically.
- Pinterest credentials (such as access tokens) are stored only on the Owner's computer. They are never shared with third parties or included in source code version control (Git).
- The App never retrieves or stores information about other Pinterest users.
- The Owner can disconnect the integration at any time by revoking the App's access in Pinterest's settings, and the credentials on the Owner's computer will also be deleted.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell information handled by the App, use it for advertising, or provide it to third parties (except for the communication with external services described in sections 4 and 5).
7. Retention and deletion
Information is kept on the Owner's computer until the Owner deletes it. The Owner can delete the information at any time by using the App's data management screen, clearing the browser's stored data, or deleting the data folder on the computer.
8. Security
Credentials are stored in a settings file separate from the source code and are never shown on screen or in logs. The App runs only on the Owner's computer and cannot be accessed from outside.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features are added. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
