✦ Process

1. Send me your character reference or PSD file for an initial quote.
   (If you provide a full PSD file, I can give an exact price.)

2. Pay a 40–50% deposit to confirm your slot.

3. Once your slot starts, the final total will be confirmed and production begins (approx. 1–2 months).

4. After completion, pay the remaining balance.

5. Files are delivered, and I’ll assist with parameter adjustments if needed.

✦ Payment

• Accepted methods: PayPal (6% PayPal fees covered by client).

• Typically split into two payments. For projects over NT$20,000, three payments are possible.

✦ File Requirements

• Please provide a properly separated PSD file.

• If your PSD isn’t separated yet, please ask your artist to help with the layer separation first.

• If later edits are needed and your artist isn’t available, I can assist (with the artist’s permission).
  Additional fees and longer working time may apply.

✦ Revisions

• Any technical issues or bugs found within 6 months can be fixed for free.

✦ Deliverables

• Final delivery includes: Live2D moc.3

• ※ Source working files are not included.

✦ Usage Policy

• Redistribution, resale, or use for AI training / illegal / hateful content is strictly prohibited.

✦ Additional Notes

• Estimated completion time: 1–2 months depending on schedule and complexity.

• Rush orders are not accepted to maintain quality.

• I reserve the right to showcase finished works in my portfolio.
  (If you prefer to keep your project private, please let me know in advance.)

• If you cancel after paying the deposit but before production starts, half of the deposit will be refunded.
  Once production begins, the deposit is non-refundable.

How to Write a Commission Request

If you’re unsure how to write your request, you can use this format to help organize everything clearly:

• Nickname: How should I address you?
  
  

• Commission Type: Standard V model / Chibi model / Animated loop.
  
  

• Budget: If you have a budget limit, we can discuss possible adjustments.
  
  

• Character art or PSD file: Attach your reference or artwork file.
  
  

• Details: Number of hairstyles, outfits, expressions, and any special features.
  
  

• Artist credit: Link to your illustrator’s website or social media.
  
  

• Public work process:

  • OK to show rigging process on stream

  • OR prefer to keep it private until debut

• Preferred delivery date / when I can publicly showcase the work
  
  

• Payment method: PayPal (+6% fee covered by client)
