Starting in Fall 2024, undergraduate students will apply to open positions in the Morgan Lab using a Google Form, providing structure and equity to the process of welcoming undergraduate students into our lab.

We will do our best to plan ahead of time for open undergraduate positions in the Morgan lab. It is possible that an undergraduate research opportunity (due to an unexpected research need in the lab) will become available closer to the start of the fall or spring semester. Due to this circumstance, we will always encourage interested undergraduates to fill out the Google Form, even in the absence of open positions. The applications will be considered for one calendar year after they are completed, including for future posted opportunities. When an open position is posted on the website, all applications completed in the last calendar year will be considered and filtered based on project and/or discipline interest.
