Morgan Kearns

I am a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate in the John Munro Godfrey, Sr. Department of Economics in the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. My research interests are in health and crime economics, with a focus on domestic violence. 

In my job market paper, I investigate the role of federal funding on domestic violence shelter operations and downstream domestic violence rates.
