Background

Môreson was started in 2000 after baking liver patties in our butchery.  They were doing so well,  that we decided to start a shop on it's own and distribute the liver patties to other take away shops, factories and Spar outlets. The Spar shops turned to be our biggest customers at the moment.  We distribute as far as Patensie, Hankey, Humansdorp, Jeffreys Bay, Kirkwood and Addo once a week.  We deliver liver patties in Uitenhage and Port Elizabeth every day from Monday to Friday.  We also sell delicious treats in our small take away shop like Vetkoek with fillings,  traditional roosterkoek baked on an open fire, "slap chips", toasted sandwiches and of course liver patties directly to the public.  We have been growing from strength to strength and have 10 employees at the moment.
