Welcome to the Morehouse HAWK lab

Background and purpose: Dr. Jennifer Andrews, PhD began the HAWK lab  (Human–Avian Well-being and Kinship) at Morehouse College in 2023 to support undergraduate researchers investigating the psychological, social, and ecological dimensions of human relationships with birds and nature, with particular attention to the mental health and conservation benefits associated with the practice of birding.
