As humans we are constantly navigating internal and external stress, expectations and criticism. When we can explore our internal landscape in the presence of a loving other, we can also discover more compassion and presence with Self.
I work with individuals, couples and families who hope for change and want more from life, but have not been able to understand how they ended up in their current circumstances or patterns. Together we can identify and move through what has created tension in your life.
Each and every part of self is worthy of compassion. Most of my clients find that some of our greatest discomfort can emerge from being kinder to ourselves.
What does 'more being' mean?
Sometimes we need permission to just exist how we are and know that's ok, it's enough. Together we can work on existing with consciousness, remembering who you are, and living it with better balance, movement, exploration and freedom. When we can allow ourselves to BE more often, we can find less resistance and more ease.
