CONVOCANT — PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Convocant, an Android game. It applies solely to Convocant.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Nothing. Convocant collects no personal information of any kind.

The app does not request internet access, and therefore cannot send information anywhere. It declares exactly one Android permission — notifications — used only to tell you that a mission you started has finished. It does not use your camera, microphone, GPS or location, contacts, calendar, files, accounts, advertising identifier, or any biometric information. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no messaging feature.

Your progress — characters, trust, inventory, room decoration and settings — is stored in the app's private storage on your own device. It never leaves the device and is not readable by other apps. Uninstalling Convocant deletes it permanently. There is no cloud save, and no copy of it that we could access.

ADVERTISING AND PURCHASES

Convocant contains no advertising and no advertising software. There are no in-app purchases and nothing in the game costs real money. The in-game currency ("Souls") is fictional and is earned only by playing.

WHAT GOOGLE COLLECTS

Because Convocant is distributed through Google Play, Google may collect non-identifying information about downloads, installs, performance and crashes — for example install counts and country of download. This happens through Google Play itself, not through anything built into the app, and we receive only aggregate statistics that identify no one. Google's handling of that information is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

SHARING

We have no information to share. We do not sell, rent, trade or disclose information about you, because we hold none. We would disclose information if required by law, and would have none to disclose.

CHILDREN

Convocant is not directed to children under 13, and collects no information from any user, of any age.

YOUR ACCESS TO AND CONTROL OVER INFORMATION

You may contact us at mordunkus@gmail.com to ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. The answer will be that we hold none. California residents may make a request under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes; we make no such disclosures.

SECURITY

We collect no information, so there is nothing for us to secure. Your saved game is protected by Android's standard app sandboxing on your device.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address and the effective date above will change. The app has no way to contact you, so this page is the only notice you will receive.
