•       Macro view predicting another wave of increasing near-term investment opportunities, market dislocations, and distressed companies in Korea and Asia.  Targeting the middle market niche sector and a combination of opportunistic distressed/restructuring with growth capital investing.

•       Current partners and shareholders are deeply experienced professionals in operating businesses and across multi-asset classes including equity, real estate, and accounting.

•       Investments, deals, or exits in IT hardware security (affiliate of Taiwan stock listed company), e-commerce, biopharmaceutical, and apparel/fashion; advisory deals in Korea and cross-border in the IOT, cosmetics, and animal feed sectors.

•       Founder and CEO is a former Managing Director of Goldman Sachs Asia (proprietary investing division) and an economics major graduate of Harvard College.  Prominent track record of having invested in some of the highest-profile deals across the capital structure in Korea since the Asian crisis in 1998.
