Moqivo AI Video App
Provider: MUSTAFA KAGAN CETIN
Contact: m6048493@gmail.com
This Privacy Policy explains how MUSTAFA KAGAN CETIN ("we," "us," or "our") collects, processes, stores, and protects information when you use the Moqivo AI Video App mobile application ("Moqivo" or the "App") and its related services (collectively, the "Services").
Moqivo allows users to select photos and create AI-generated videos. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed, why it is processed, where it is stored, and how users can delete it.
1. INFORMATION WE PROCESS
1.1 Photos selected by the user
Moqivo processes only the photos that you intentionally select through Apple’s system photo picker.
Depending on the template you choose, you may select one or two photos. We do not automatically access or upload your complete photo library.
The information processed for video generation may include:
• The photo or photos you intentionally select
• Cropped or edited versions of the selected photos
• The motion template and generation options you select
• A pseudonymous technical generation identifier
• The generated video
• A preview image of the generated video
• Technical metadata required to process and deliver the result
The technical generation identifier does not contain your name or email address. It is used to associate a generation request and its result with your installation of the App.
1.2 Photos containing faces
A photo selected by the user may contain a person’s face.
Moqivo processes the visible characteristics in the selected photo only to create the video or visual effect requested by the user.
Moqivo does not use submitted photos for:
• Facial recognition
• Identity verification
• Authentication
• Surveillance
• Biometric identification
• Creating biometric identity profiles
• Advertising or user profiling
We do not attempt to identify the person shown in a submitted photo, and we do not sell facial images or facial information.
1.3 Device and technical information
We may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Services, including:
• An app installation or device-related identifier
• Device type and operating system version
• App version
• Language and network or radio-access information
• IP address and basic server request logs
• Error information and diagnostic events
• Notification permission status
• A push-notification token if notifications are enabled
• Apple Ads attribution information when provided by Apple
This information is used to operate the App, associate credits and generations with the correct installation, prevent abuse, deliver notifications, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Moqivo does not require users to create an account or provide a name, email address, or password to use its main features.
1.4 Purchase and subscription information
Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store.
We may receive limited purchase information, including:
• Product identifier
• Transaction status
• Subscription entitlement status
• Subscription expiration date
We do not receive or store your complete payment-card information or Apple Account password.
1.5 Support communications
If you contact us, we process the information you choose to provide, such as:
• Your email address
• Your message
• Attachments
• Technical or support-related information
2. HOW VIDEO GENERATION WORKS
Video generation begins only after you:
1. Select a photo through Apple’s system photo picker;
2. Select a motion template or generation option; and
3. Tap the button to start video generation.
No photo is uploaded in the background or without a user-initiated generation request.
The selected photo, chosen template information, and a pseudonymous technical generation identifier are sent to servers controlled by Moqivo for the sole purpose of producing the requested video.
Files required during processing are securely stored using Google Cloud/Firebase infrastructure.
Moqivo does not send user photos to an independent third-party AI company or external AI model provider. The generation process is managed through Moqivo-controlled server infrastructure.
3. INPUT FILE DELETION
The photos submitted as input are used only to complete the video-generation request.
After the generation request has completed and the result has been delivered, the input photo files are deleted from the active processing systems.
If a generation request fails or is cancelled after processing has begun, the associated input files are deleted when the processing request ends.
Input photos are not retained as part of the user’s permanent Moqivo library.
We do not use submitted input photos to:
• Train AI models
• Improve third-party AI models
• Create advertising profiles
• Track users across apps or websites
• Sell or license user content
• Provide content to unrelated third parties
4. GENERATED OUTPUTS
After processing is complete, the generated video is delivered to the user and displayed in the App’s “Creations” section.
The following output files may be stored in Google Cloud/Firebase so the user can access them:
• The generated video
• The generated preview image
• Generation status and related metadata
Generated output remains available until:
• The user deletes the creation through the App;
• The user requests deletion by contacting us; or
• Storage is no longer reasonably necessary to provide the Services.
When an in-app deletion completes successfully, Moqivo removes the associated generated video, preview image, and generation record from the active Google Cloud/Firebase systems under our control.
5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information only as necessary to:
• Create the AI-generated video requested by the user
• Upload and process the selected photo
• Deliver and display the generated result
• Maintain the user’s “Creations” library
• Allow the user to save or delete generated videos
• Maintain the user’s credit balance
• Process and verify purchases and subscriptions through Apple
• Deliver generation-completion notifications when enabled
• Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Services
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Respond to support requests
• Measure App Store advertising attribution provided by Apple
• Comply with applicable legal requirements
We do not sell personal information or User Content.
We do not use User Content for advertising, cross-app tracking, user profiling, facial recognition, or AI model training.

• Secure file storage and delivery
• Generation status management
• Push-notification delivery
Google Cloud/Firebase acts as a service provider processing information on behalf of Moqivo. It is used only to operate and deliver the requested Services.
We require service providers processing information on our behalf to apply the same or an equivalent level of protection required by this Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

Video-generation requests are processed through server infrastructure controlled by Moqivo. Google Cloud/Firebase is used as supporting cloud storage and delivery infrastructure and does not receive User Content for an independent AI purpose.
6.4 Legal and safety disclosures

• Automatically from the App and our servers when necessary to operate and secure the Services

The App does not upload photos merely because they are visible in the photo picker. Processing begins only after you select the content and initiate a generation request.
8. DATA RETENTION
8.1 Input photos
Input photo files are retained only for the time required to process the requested generation. They are deleted from active processing systems after the generation request completes or ends.
8.2 Generated videos and previews

Installation identifiers, credit balances, generation status records, notification tokens, and technical logs may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:
• Operate the Services
• Maintain transaction and credit integrity
• Prevent fraud and abuse

8.4 Purchase records
Apple controls the retention of purchase and payment records held by Apple.
