1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the MooveMind application, published by Djemal Sardarian, collects, uses, and protects user data.

3. Data Collected and Purpose

MooveMind only collects the information strictly necessary for the app’s proper functioning and for providing a personalized user experience.

A. Locally Stored Data (on device)

The following data is stored only on your device and never transmitted to any server, including ours:

• Name and date of birth: Used to assign personalized categories of quotes and horoscopes.
  
  

• AI conversation history: Allows the user to view previous interactions.
  
  

• Saved favorites and custom lists: Provide the user’s save and organization features.
  
  

B. AI Processing – Third-Party Transfer

MooveMind uses AI for certain features, with data handled differently depending on the device:

• Local Processing (Apple Intelligence): For compatible devices (iPhone and iPad), all AI processing occurs locally on the device. No data is sent outside the device.
  
  

• Third-Party Processing (Groq Cloud API): For non-compatible devices, AI requests (the user’s text prompt) are sent securely to Groq Cloud API to generate a response.
  
  

Groq Data Confidentiality: Groq API is configured with Zero Data Retention (ZDR). Prompts and responses are processed in real time only, without being stored or retained after generation.

Summary: Your prompts are either processed locally or temporarily transmitted to Groq, never stored or reused. MooveMind never uses your data for commercial or advertising purposes.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are handled exclusively by Apple through StoreKit.

MooveMind does not store or access any banking data.

Apple acts as an independent data controller for managing transactions, free trials, and automatic renewals.

5. Analytics and Tracking

MooveMind uses no third-party analytics or advertising tools (such as Firebase, Google Analytics, or external SDKs) and contains no ads.

6. User Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding locally stored data:

• Right of access and rectification.
  
  

• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
  
  

• Right to object to or restrict processing.
  
  

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you can view, edit, or delete it directly in the app — or by deleting the MooveMind app entirely.

Data transfers to Groq Cloud (for non-compatible devices only) are performed over a secure, encrypted HTTPS connection.

Groq’s Zero Data Retention policy ensures that no conversation data is stored on their systems.
