MOOV CHARGE WARRANTY POLICY Product: Electric Vehicle Charging Station

Model/Type: Level 1

 

1.   WARRANTY COVERAGE

 

This warranty covers the repair, return, or replacement (at the sole discretion of PT Ekosistem Sarana Elektrik) of MOOV CHARGE devices or related equipment purchased directly from us, should any defects in materials or workmanship be identified during the warranty period. In the event that specific components (including but not limited to particular color variations or design specifications) are no longer available, PT Ekosistem Sarana Elektrik (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") shall provide replacement components of substantially similar functionality.

 

Product Scope:

For avoidance of doubt, MOOV CHARGE devices encompass, without limitation: MOOV CHARGE sockets, plugs, and integrated cabling components constituting intrinsic elements of the product.

 

2.   WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

 

The Company shall not be liable for the rectification of issues pertaining to Wi-Fi connectivity or network infrastructure. Where MOOV CHARGE devices or related equipment sustain damage during the warranty period while being operated in accordance with prescribed instructions, the Company assumes responsibility for repair or replacement upon receipt of the affected unit. It is expressly noted that PT Ekosistem Sarana Elektrik does not warrant that the product shall satisfy every specific application or requirement. This product has been engineered and manufactured to deliver sustained high-performance operation under standard usage conditions.

 

Circumstances Voiding Warranty Coverage:

A) Natural deterioration through ordinary use, including but not limited to gradual degradation of components.

B) Deployment  in  mobile  installations,  marine  environments,  extreme  thermal conditions, or exposure to corrosive agents including ammonia, elevated atmospheric pollutants, acid precipitation, or other non-standard environmental factors beyond the Company's reasonable control.

C) Damage resulting from accidental causes.

D) Impairment  arising  from force  majeure events  including  but  not  restricted  to: armed conflict, civil disturbances, labor strikes, epidemic conditions, natural disasters, electrical storms, catastrophic power failures, voltage fluctuations, or electromagnetic interference.

E) Improper utilization or failure to adhere to installation protocols.

F)  Connection to electrical supply systems failing to meet specified parameters. G) Omission of prescribed maintenance procedures.

H) Damage attributable to extraneous circumstances beyond the Company's purview.


I)   Compromise of MOOV CHARGE Chargepoint functionality due to integration with non-approved third-party apparatus.

 

Specific Exclusions Applicable to:

 

A) Acts of negligence, reckless handling, abusive operation, or non-compliant usage. B) Employment for purposes other than electric vehicle charging.

C) Operation with outdated electric vehicle software iterations.

D) Incorporation of non-genuine replacement parts or accessories.

E) Deficiencies  in  electrical  infrastructure  including  metering  devices,  circuit protection mechanisms, or cabling installations.

F)  Unauthorized alterations, disassembly, repair attempts, or tampering except by

Company-authorized technicians.

G) Improper assembly or installation procedures, unless executed by certified MOOV CHARGE agents.

 

Limitation of Liability:

The Company's aggregate liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the warranted MOOV CHARGE device. PT Ekosistem Sarana Elektrik expressly disclaims responsibility for consequential damages including but not limited to: lost revenues, business interruption costs, or forfeiture of commercial opportunities.

 

Service Charge Provisions:

The customer shall be liable for technical service fees under the following circumstances:

 

A) Failure to comply with directives provided by our support personnel.

B) Dispatch  of  technicians  based  upon  materially  inaccurate  or  misleading information provided by the customer.

 

Return Shipping Obligations:

The customer assumes full financial responsibility for all return transportation costs regardless of claim basis.

 

3.   WARRANTY DURATION

 

Twelve (12) months for devices both sold and installed by PT Ekosistem Sarana

Elektrik (encompassing component replacement and on-site labor).

 

Twelve (12) months for units sold through authorized MOOV CHARGE distribution channels and installed by the Company or its certified agents (commencing from installation date, inclusive of parts and labor).

 

Twelve   (12)   month limited   warranty   for   component-only   purchases   (without Company-supervised installation), effective from date of sale under return-to-base provisions.


4.   WARRANTY EXTENSION OPTIONS

 

Customers may procure extended warranty coverage during the active warranty period   by   purchasing   supplemental   warranty   services.   For   detailed   terms, contact support@moovcharge.com.

 

5.   THIRD-PARTY INSTALLATION PROVISIONS

 

For MOOV CHARGE devices supplied as components without installation services by

PT Ekosistem Sarana Elektrik or its authorized agents:

 

The 12-month   return-to-base   warranty applies.   The   customer   bears   return transportation expenses, while the Company facilitates replacement unit delivery Mandatory product registration is required for warranty validation.

All service and labor charges during the warranty period remain the customer's responsibility.

 

 

 

6.   GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Effective Date: Warranty commences upon: (i) completion of installation by Company- certified personnel, or (ii) product registration post-delivery for uninstalled components.

 

Warranty Nullification:

A)  Installations violating jurisdictional regulations or conducted without requisite permits/inspections.

B) Installations performed without express consent from property owners (where the customer is not the titled owner).

C) Installations executed without approval from relevant governing bodies (e.g., residential associations, municipal corporations, archaeological authorities).

D) Removal, defacement, or alteration of original identification markers (including serial numbers and trademark designations).

 

 

Documentation Requirements: Proof of purchase must be presented prior to warranty service commencement. Absent such documentation, all services rendered shall be subject to standard charges.

 

Service Execution: All warranty work shall be performed exclusively by PT Ekosistem

Sarana Elektrik or its authorized service partners.

 

Replaced  Components: All  parts  removed  during  warranty  service  become  the

Company's property.

 

Third-Party Installation Claims: Warranty claims for customer-installed units require demonstrable evidence that malfunctions derive exclusively from material or workmanship defects under normal operating conditions. Disputes regarding alleged defects shall be resolved through testing by Company-designated accredited laboratories, with associated costs borne by the customer should testing reveal no manufacturing defects.


Replacement Units: Warranty coverage for replacement devices shall not exceed the original unit's remaining warranty period.

 

Shipping Damage Liability: Customers must ensure proper packaging for warranty returns. Damage incurred during return transit shall be the customer's financial responsibility.

 

7.   WARRANTY TRANSFERABILITY

 

Warranty benefits extend solely to the original purchaser at the registered installation address.

Explicit  Exclusion: Secondary  market  purchases  are  expressly  excluded  from warranty coverage.

Transfer  Conditions: Warranty  may  be  transferred  to  new  locations only when deinstallation and reinstallation are performed by Company-authorized personnel.

 

 

8.   CLAIMS PROCEDURE

 

Warranty claims must be initiated via email to  support@moovcharge.com. Our support team will provide further instructions upon claim validation.

 

9.   POLICY MODIFICATIONS

 

 

PT Ekosistem Sarana Elektrik reserves the unilateral right to amend these warranty terms, with material changes communicated through a seven (7) day advance notice period where practicable.

 

No Refund Policy: Under no circumstances shall the Company provide monetary refunds for products after sale completion.
